Speaking theoretically (I don't HAVE an ABgirl) the use of a plug with a hole in the middle would enable the passage of feces that needed to come out,and if she had not defecated in the daytime before the hollow plug was inserted under her night diapers,she'd have no way of stopping it overnight.
