Fruits and Vegetables will make his system pack with high fiber. Eating less and exercising more will also cause him to loose weight.
A humilating thing is give him an enema and have him walk on a treadmill for 30 minutes. If he completes the task, allow him the potty, if not he must come to you and ask you to change his dirty diapers. It's up to you if you do.
Hi protein and low carbs will also cause him to loose weight.
Even moderate exercise, walking while diapered will help. If you don't have a treadmill, go for a walk around the block 10 times after you give him his enema and have him check in each time around the block with you.
You could also put him on a strict babyfood diet while in diapers. This will cause him to loose weight in his diapers also ma'am.
