The Law is very grey and therefore open to interpretation. Any adult possessing images of a minor in various stages of undress could be construed as a pedophile according to the laws in most states. The problem is that with the Internet, it not longer falls on just State Laws now. It falls into Federal Jurisdictions and Laws.
Pedophiles that collect images of young children are being prosecuted daily. Case in point a company worker, downloaded images of children clothed from the waist down. There type of pedophilia was for young boys or girls topless. They used it for masturbation and therefore it was considered pedophilia.
Anyone that collects images of younger children can expect to have problems with this group of adults in this fetish, since so many outsiders think of as wanting to wear diapers with children and that's the farthest thing from MOST of our minds.
Images of women in various stages of dress have been confiscated as porn, since the offender used the material for sexual gratification.
If someone uses any material that contains a minor, without their consent for sexual gratification, it can be considered pedophilia material and therefore charges of a sexual violation can and have been charged in many states by Federal prosecutors. The man that drove from Flordia to a Northern state was a court officer in Florida and busted, subsequently he comitted suicide to avoid trial and the lifetime sentance of Sexual Offender.
So, in closing. Anyone that knows of or has knowledge of someone collecting images of unconsenting minors...and since a minor can not consent to sex. They would be possessing copyrighted material and also be subject to the intrepretation of the laws of the United States Justice system.
Why else would someone want to collect images of small children in various stages of undress? If you say, possessing a picture of a dog makes you a person who practices beastiality, that's a moot point, since it could be by law. Anyone knowingly allowing a POTENTIAL pedophile to prey on minors, is and could be charged with an accessory after the fact. Should this person collecting images go out and commit a haneous crime against said minors. How could one live with themselves?
I personally use Giga-Tribe and in my gigatribe profile I alert potential sexual offenders if I find underage material, I WILL report them to the proper authorities. Even if it means I have to tell them where I got the information and expose myself. A child is too innocent to allow an adult to have them as prey!!!
Most ordinary AB/DL's want nothing to do with minors in any stage of dress, diapered or not. Most want to see adults in diapers, "CONSENTING ADULTS" in diapers!!!!
