It sounds like you are in charge in this marrage,which is the way it should be.When we deal with whimps like your hubby remember that sometimes punishment is reward and vise versa.It is sometimes backwards so to really controll him take away some of the things you know he really enjoys but pretends are "punishments".
That being said you can make him wear the same diaper indefinately till the diaper rash is constantly burning him and he begs you to take it off.Weigh him with and without his diaper on and make it your goal that he weigh the same with the diaper on as he did without it before.
Since you rule the roost make him eat only low calorie foods but be sure he is properly nurished.
