This only works if you're asleep. You need keep a hot plate, a bowl of warm water, not too hot as to awaken yourself. Be careful as not to place your hand on the hotplate as it will tend to not only make you wet but also probably fill your bed with fecal matter.
When you have fallen asleep, tell yourself, I need to stick my hand in the warm water. Raise your hands high into the air, as to avoid the hotplate. Place your hand firmly into the warm water, without waking up, you will undoubtedly feel the need to empty your bladder into your bed or diapers.
WARNING: DO NOT TOUCH THE PAN, IT WILL BE HOT. DO NOT TOUCH THE HOTPLATE, IT TOO WILL BE HOT.
If you can not find a hotplate and pan, then my suggestion is to pay a close enemy an ungodly amount of money to sneak into your room as you sleep and to stick your hand into the warm water and hope that them laughing hysterically doesn't disturb your slumber and wetting rendevous.
Short of this, you can wet your diapers or pants before retiring and usually sometime in the night, your body will add to the moisture content. If it does not, resort to plan A or B, but remember it's HOT!!!
