My experience has been that if I go out without a diaper and have to pee I have little time in which to find a bathroom.As soon as I feel the urge to pee I find it difficult to hold it and have sometimes wet myself. And I'm not 24/7 but my muscles are still relaxed and weakened to a point that they sometimes fail.
