I think Dallas Bob is pretty right on, and diapered is being alarmist.
My wife loves DL play, and we got there because she also occasionally entertained my love of her wetting her pants. Critical factor: she enjoyed it too, it was not just something she did "for me".
I brought the subject of diapers up during sex one day as an erotic fantasy, she was obviously aroused by it, and she even mentioned it several times afterwards.
I took the hint, bought some nappies, and we started a very mutually satisfactory phase of our lives.
She likes being diapered because she can wet herself without instant mess, followed by cold clothes. As I love a woman with wet pants, it is really a win-win situation.
