Seriously dude, I hope you have a high quality diaper on cause depends is not going to be able to contain that shit (hehe). It's always a joke in the ICU where I work when we have someone who hasn't moved their bowels in a while that we give them mag citrate. everyone always laughs and is like, well we won't go THAT far. It is literally going to make you shit your brains out. it's pretty volatile stuff. good luck with that.
