There are no artists today with the type of staying power that Michael Jackson had. Hopefully you will experience an artist that changes the face of music like he has, in your life. Michael Jackson is known in the far reaches of every corner of this planet. Everyone genre from hard rock, metal, country, blues, jazz has been inspired, in some way, by Michael Jackson. Sure, his clothing was bizarre, and the things he did or was accused of doing were despicable, but to be a Multi-platinum artist (on every single album he released) from 6 years old, will have strange effects on you. Name another music group on the radio now with anywhere near that type of achievement.
