where to buy nappies in UK?

does anyone know of any retail outlets that stock adult nappies? The only ones I seem to be able to find are the tena pants type but really i would like to use the tena slip maxi or another bulkier type of nappy. Does anyone know of shops that stock these or would i have to get them online?
