I'm in the midst of this kind of dilemma myself. The diapers are a kind of side issue, but I know my gf would never wear them with me.

Although it may seem sexist, thinking that someone will "change" and overlooking a partner's perceived faults does seem to be a predominantly female thing; So, it seems like women put up with things hoping it will change, and you've made concessions along those lines, which she sees as progress.

I think what she wants is move along the relationship to a marriage footing, meaning to her that your diaper wearing will stop, you'll "grow out of it" somehow and be a husband she can settle with / have kids etc.

You're not going to sort this out without at least a major talk imo, and she may see you wanting to wear as things moving backwards. So, if it comes to it, you may lose her if you want to continue wearing diapers. It does seem like it's more of a "her or the diapers" situation tbh.

If it's any consolation, I'm in a slighty similar situation, my gf being a bit more tolerant, but our relationship has other issues rather than the diapers being important. I'm thinking a lot about how to broach issues and have a talk with my gf, I hopee things g well with you and yours if you decide to talk, or whatever the outcome anyway.

ttfn, hope it works out :)
