You need to have a talk with her, and lay things out on the table. Explain to her that diapers are part of the package, and that, if she loves you, and really wants to marry you, she should be able to accept that, as it would be accepting you.
Don't however, make it a "Diapers or Her" situation. Doing that will just cause hostility, and will put her further down the path of disliking this portion of you.
