Well...
I have a solution to anyone who wants to pat me down while I'm in nappies. Before security check point, give yourself a suppository. Wait a few minutes then load your diaper. Then sit in it to get it nice and icky. Go through security. i bet no one will give u much hassle. then change your diaper on the other side of the checkpoint and have a nice time waiting for your flight.
Because now, you probably wont have to worry about a messy accident when in the air where it is more difficult to change, and you'll have given that 3D body scanner asshole something to look at that he/she may not forget for quite some time LOL!
If they harass you about the pooey mess in your nappy you can claim incontinence. You don't have to prove it medically to anyone. If they really want to search you, tell them to get out the gloves and have at it. :)
And I wouldn't worry to much about others int he security line, you will never see them again so who cares if they talk behind your back about your stinky predicament. Most people will just mind their business, and probably feel sorry for you if the security people choose you for a pat down or strip search.
