I agree with what's already been said - if this is as big a part of you as it sounds and she can't accept it then she can't accept you. You should also bear in mind that a sexual kink is probably just the first of many "flaws" she'll need to "fix" about you after getting married. First the diapers or other kink has to go, then the Star Wars action figures, your video games, bottle collection, the project car in the garage - it could all be gone 6 months after the wedding.
I agree with the ones who said you need to have a long talk, even "negotiations" before going forward. Write out what you see as her pros and cons beforehand so you have some idea of what you'll need from her to go through with it. Be sure and ask about any other aspects of you that will need to change in order to marry her. You might also want to see if she's willing to change any of her activities for the good of the marriage.
