Sorry for he confusion. I can't seem to type as fast as I think.

I'm in the US and the Tena's here are all cloth backed now with velcro tapes. You can get a full wide 1 piece velcro called "stretch" or you can get them with 2 velcro tape tabs per side. The "ultra" and "super" here in the states are very absorbant, but they sag, have now elastic waist line, which I tend to like, and they did away with the tape zone and sticky tapes.

I found that the Tena in Europe seem to have elastic backs, tape zones with sticky tapes, and I'm assuming a cloth outer. I'm expecting cloth....plastic would be even better. I'm very surprised that they have different versions in the US vs. abroud.

On Drylife.com, they have flat shipping to the US. Cost was $75 for a total of 42. Not cheap!

Probably would be better to stick with Bambino's. Which I'm very impressed with. I used 2 cases already.
