I have been having real accidents for the last few months. I wear nappies to bed cos i sometimes wet the bed (never bene to doctor as im too embaressed).
I have also shit myself 3 times but total accident. Once was on the way to work and i was mortified. I basically realise i need to poo, then within no time its ready to come out. Really getting worried and wondering what you guys think. Im in the UK
