We do actually have the prices on the front page so we try to be clear about that.
And to avoid any confusion here they are again
Single stories 10 Euros
Packs with 5 stories 40 Euros
Packs with 10 stories 75 Euros
While this may seem expensive,we started out as UK phonelines with a tariff of £1.50/min
Because the phonelines only work in the UK we were asked how others could hear them, and so we added high quality mp3's to the site so international users could access them.
The stories are all different in lengths with some being as long as 7 mins
An average story is 5 mins long and if they were accessed by phone would cost approx 10 Euros
This would be for a "one-off" listen,whereas if accessd on the site you can listen to it many times in superior quality.
And we offer packs of 5 and 10 stories at a reduced price (a 10 pack would make each story 7.5 Euros in qigh quality sould and multiple listens.
The stories are proving to be very popular ad soon we will be adding "sample" mp3's so you can get an idea of what they sound like.
