Men represent 95% of fetishists. It's just that simple. Women do not have the same sexual organization as men do and would never identify as an AB/DL in the same way. That is not to say you can't find plenty of women out there who would gladly play mommy, or even enjoy being babied in some way. But they just wouldn't frequent a site like this and "get off" in the same way that men do - i.e. looking at pics and reading stories. Female sexuality is more tied to emotions and affection - if you are a good-hearted guy and go out there and meet 'normal' women you'll have a good chance of finding a considerate and kind partner who might even love you for who you are.
