seriously dude, you have to tell her. you can't keep an entire side of your life from her. relationships are about honesty, and if you can't be honest with her, then there is no relationship. I told my fiancee (then girlfriend) about my fetish when I had to move almost a thousand miles away from her. She accepted me as I am because she loves me, and accepted the diapers as just who I am (though she does love to tease me about them from time to time). She was basically like, so what. It's not like you fuck goats or eat shit, it's just a piece of plastic that you enjoy wearing.
Bottom line: you can't bottle up half of your life from the person you love. It's not fair to her and certainly not fair to you. If she loves you for who you are, then she'll accept you for who you are. If she doesn't, then she wasn't right for you in the first place.
