I've gone for massages diapered several times. They always ask about my diaper but in different ways. One Asian therapist I had would gently tug at the waistband and say, "why you wear this one?" Another one said, very matter-of-factly, "I see that you're wearing an Attends. So you have a little bit of incontinence?"
I always told them that yes I have a bladder problem and that I didn't want to wet their table. All of them basically worked around it and didn't say anything more. One therapist helped me do the tapes up after I slid a dry diaper underneath my bum and pulled it up over my front. That was a fun experience. ;)
