I'm assuming you wish to make some money in running this website?
You will need to think about the technical, legal, business and creative areas of running such a site.
You can will need someone with the technical ability to set up a site for you, I believe there are agencies who can do this for you, there are also talented people in the community who may be able to help. There will of course be a financial outlay for web design and hosting fees.
You will also need to be aware of the legality of running what would be viewed as a pornography site in your jurisdiction and will have to get your head around things like copyright and model releases (so that your friends cannot later demand you take down pictures etc).
From a business point of view, there are a lot of players in the pond, you need to decide which bit of the market you could fit into. There are lots of amature websites, small community producers in addition to large commercial porn houses producing content.
You mention Aunt-Ellie which started in the 'amateur girls in diapers' area (but has become professional and imo lifeless) along with the countless blog-style sites (ones with a couple of girls who post pictures and articles to paying members). This could be one area which you could get into but the key thing is longevity - you need to have content to keep your members subscribed and to give members something above your old content which will inevitably get onto the internet.
From a creative point of view you need to be able to produce interesting content. I would also argue that you'd need to show girls faces.
There are plenty of 'pretty girls in diaper' websites such as diapergal, wetset, ABS etc along with plenty of 'adult baby themed' websites. If your interested in this area you'll need good looking models and skilled photographers. On the amature end of the scale, your pictures can get away with being lower in quality and you models do not need to be airbrushed porn stars but you need an angle - be it bondage (ala diaperedonline) or pictures+blog (diaperedkitty et al) - straight low-quality photos of average girls in diapers is unlikely to make you any money because we get that for free by coming here, abkingdom etc.
On a personal angle, you need to be able to deal with the strains of running a business and be able to take a step back from the community. There have been unstable website owners who've come onto forums like this to bitch and moan or have arguements and to be honest I think this is really bad for business!
