No, youre not illegal. And there are so many factors related to the possibility that this will even have legs. To list a few, your PS3 has to difficult to fix requiring someone to take an in-depth look, companies don't have time for that, then they have to actually look at your content, who has time for that, some people see trolling through a users content as unethical, if they do troll they see all kinds of stuff anyway, the odds are they've seen adult in diapers, then they have to think that its illegal, they have to care about, the people further up the line have to think the same things (such as the attorneys mentioned earlier).
Its easy to think about the negative, but the odds are against this. You soon forget about it and move on. The sad part is, you'll become more careless because of it...
