I've been doing this for some years now. Can't wait for the Warm Spring and Summer Weather. I like to wear a Terry Nappy with Plastic Pants and Tee shirt tucked into a pair of loose fitting 'short' Shorts. I like to have the waistband of my Plastic Pants and Nappy visible about an inch of two above the wastband of the shorts. Because they are short in the leg, this allows a glimpse to anybody looking in my direction and clearly reveals the filled elasticated legs of my Plastic Pants. Had a really nice experience last year. It was a really hot day and I visited a Park in a City some miles from my home. I lay down with legs open and in full view of a small group of young ladies. They immediately looked in my direction and I heard them say, "Isn't he a bit old to be wearing Nappies ?" - Whilst in this position I was able to allow my pee to flow out over my balls and down the crack of my bottom. I cannot describe how nice this feels.
