Just got back from a week of hot weather and terrific crowds. It was great. Any AB/DL that go to WDW be advised of a service that you can use. At every first aid center in each park, can check your bag/diapers there so you don't have to lug everything with you as you tour the parks.
When you're ready for a change, the Nurses will let you use a private room to change in complete with cot/examination table. Gives you a clean and sanitary solution to trying to change in the handicapped stalls in public restroom.
You may also use the companion restrooms which there are several each park. I used ine today as well when I was at MCO, Orlando International Airport
