What's up with diapers these days???

I cannot find "normal" 2 or 3 tab diapers these days except at Walmart, and those only come in the largest size, at least for men. CVS, Wallgreens and Target only carry pull-up style, or Tena. Those do not hold even one of my wettings. The Walmart super-sized diapers for men will hold 2-3 wettings (which I like), but they are HUGE! I have to fold them over and run them around my waist almost completely!

Anyone have any ideas on stores that carry just normal style adult diapers in various sizes?

Oh, and does anyone know if there is really that much difference between male and female diapers, for our recreational purposes? Walmart has lots of sizes in female diapers, so that is an option.
