Are you just into the diapers or do you want her to be your little girl? That will really make a key difference in what type of foreplay you have. If she's your LG, you can wait until she wets the diapers and then have "bath time" to get her nice and cleaned up.... bath times are fun for foreplay :-D. If she's into discipline, you can always play "naughty school girl". There are lots of ways to incorporate the ab/dl lifestyle into foreplay.... but kinda hard to incorporate the actual diapers unless you take them off right before sex.
