I have hit the 3 month mark in wearing diapers 24/7. Starting to feel some changes in my body. 1st thing is at night I wake up feeling myself starting to pee. So i lie there and let it go. 2nd is in the day time I feel the urge to pee and my body slowly relaxes and lets it go after a moment or 2. I have bought myself a back pack which I use as a diaper bag and take it everywhere to reinforce to myself that i am incontinent and need diapers. I have been sleeping on a plastic bed protector for the past 3 months also. That took about a month to get used to as they are hot and sweaty when covered with a thin bed sheet. I am anxious to see how month 4 will end up.
