My adult size diapers are cloth style like most baby ones. Being cloth they can breathe and are much better and more comfortable against the skin. Plastic used to sweat and cause rash. I am an incontinent AB and use diapers (briefs) 24/7 for their proper purpose as well as for fun. I use Tena Super at night and Walmarts Assurance for day. I may say that the Walmart ones are more babyish being white whereas the Tena ones are green and look more hospitalish.
