I think the most incriminating thing was masturbating in front of the boys.What disturbes most folks is behavior more than passively wearing and showing diapers.The issue of dirty diapers can be a public health concern.When ever I soil my nappy in public I get home a.s.a.p.
I have rules I follow with my diaper wearing that guard others from being offended.
