My 'spark' was an incident I remember from when I was about two years old.
I remember falling off my bed onto the floor, which made me cry. While I was sitting on the floor crying I did a poo in my nappy. I can remember the initial sensation of poo coming out (I didn't have any control over it), but the most memorable part was the feeling of poo spreading around inside my nappy as I filled it. It felt so good and I stopped crying as a result.
