Honestly, I forsee the rise of diaper use among adults.
We live in a fast moving "on demand" society, where technology is fully integrated and ever present enabling us to multitask like never before. At what point are we (as a culture) going to realize that you don't have to stop what you are doing just to use the bathroom.
As OAB and incontinence drugs become more prevalent the adult diaper manufacturers take more and more steps to say "Hey, diapers are OK for grownups." and try to erase some of the negative cultural stigmas about them.
Look at Japan for example. They recently held an adult diaper fashion show and have figured out how to turn used diapers into fuel to help generate electricity.
Also consider other major events. I read an article not long ago stating that Adult Diaper sales were up 168% during the week of the World Cup. If any of you remember back to Obama's inauguration and the massive crowds of people on the Mall in DC. There weren't enough porta-potties to go around and some of those folks spent more than 12 hours in their places as it was standing-room-only. What do you think they did?
How about this whole "Bridal Diapers" craze that has swept the news, radio, and internet? Will that lead to more brides considering them?
I don't think adult diapers will ever go completely main stream, but it is undeniable that their popularity grows every year.
