the same safe sex rules would apply to breastmilk. for those 'perfectly safe' nuts. If that's your thing then by all means drink away. If you need a wet nurse for your baby (or yourself) you better be sure that they do not have anything to pass on...
BTW: Cows milk is pasteurized in the US to kill bacteria (sometimes blood).
