What about keeping them in your car (as long as you drive) and when you have a meal break drive to a place where you can change eg. Fast food outlet? Not the best, but a possible solution. I suppose it would become tiring if you had to do that every day.
If that is not to your liking, perhaps buy some incontinent pads that look nothing like normal disposable diapers (just small rectangular pads) and put one or two of them in your bag and see what the reaction is. If there is no reaction, then you can slowly move towards taking in your normal diapers.
