Depending on how long they've been married, honesty is the best policy. First I would suggest, he find out what turns her on, over a bottle of bubbly and intimate evening. Give her the satisfaction and pleasure, she is sure to want to reciprocate. Ask her to allow him to wear the costume and she puts it on him. If he gets excited, she may just see the correlation and want him in diapers all the time! Use household items, don't spring diapers on her just yet. Towels or having her measure and make them, if she loves sewing would be a great way to introduce her. Also, finding literature that explains in lay terms what an infantilist is, and that it has nothing to do with children etc. So many women feel threatened by a fetish that they're not woman enough to make their man satisfied and it has nothing to do with how much of a woman they are.
