What are you going to be doing for the four months of darkness that you can't wear diapers? Dogsledding? Living in an igloo?
Make sure you have a standard pillow, as it feels a bit like a diaper if it is stuffed between your legs, with a belt at the waist...it will help. Give yourself a few days to deal with the discomfort of not being able to use the bathroom whenever, too.
