I gots a big container of petrolium jelly ... when my bum gets irritated from prolonged messy diaper, I coat the red area with a big glob jelly using a cloth baby diaper. Then I powder it up real good.
You can get cloth baby diapers from Walmart. I like em cuz it keeps the hands from getting messy.
I like the petrolium jelly cuz it comes in a big container and it is cheap ... also helps protect the area while it heals, so it not hurt when you pee pee again.
Also another tip ... if you wanna get rid of hair down there, the Veet dipilitory cream works very good; but Don't get the fast acting ((3 minute kind)) ... get the regular one that works in about 5-10 minutes. The fast acting kind will burn your skin before it removes the hair...ouch! I speak from experience.
