A call center can be one of two things, it can be a large group of people who answer calls, for instance 911 has a call center, it is who you contact when you dial 911, or other places like that, these people spend there time answering phone calls for the company, dealing with minor problems and forwarding neccesarry calls onto the relevant department..
The other type is the type where loads of peaople just sit making calls all day, whether selling, working or whatever, These people spend all day making phone call after phonecall trying to do what they need to do.
