I don't the level of education has that much to do with it.
Most of us seem to start getting interested in diapers as children or teens well before we make our career choices and our decision to go to university. I've known diaper wearers including a baker, airline steward, journalist, computerist, engineer, assembly line worker, priest, etc. Pretty wide variety!
However on the other hand, in my experience ABs tend towards the introspective, quieter, booky end of the human spectrum, people more likely to pursue education (if that option is open to them).
