Anyone know of a good adult disposable that has GEL inside it like Pampers of other baby diapers. Most of the disposables I've tried hace cellulose instead of the gel. Maybe that's because the cellulose filler doesn't swell up when you wet it like the GEL, and is more discrete. But, that's one of the reasons that I don't like disposables as much as cloth and plastic pants. Also, I need a brand that is readily available in the U.S. at places like Walgreens, or other phar,acies and dept stores.
