Am assuming long dresses. You would be fine in something that is fitted at or slightly above the waist with a full floor length skirt. There are some quite elegan ones still out there even though the majority today are very form fitting.

Seek and you will find. Why do you not go out? Lots of older ladies today wear depends or something similar and haven't had to stay close to home due to incontinence. You shouldn't either. Just find a solution that works.
