I know that your feeling guilty about having a fetish has increased your paranoia about being found out. Fear can do that to a person every time.
One thing you can do is these few steps...
1. go to Control Panel --> internet options
2. delete cookies and offline/online files ((these are not your personal files, just related to website addresses and images that were on there))
3. clear your history every 1 day.
These will help to keep unwanted material from being seen by others
About your "spam porn" email ... you are not getting these because of visiting porn sites. A list of bulk emails are used and distributed by VARIOUS places ... places you would never even know they gave out email lists. Porn mail distributors find these bulk lists and use them for their free promotional ads --putting links in their emails in hopes they will get new customers by random chance. All you can do is block their emails one by one. I have AOL ... it has a "smart email" system in that most spam goes into my spam folder. It "learns" what is spam and blocks it from getting into my box another time.
It will be a few years till laws come out making it illegal to send out spam.
