I Had this problem, however i found a solution..
basicaly my problem is that i could not GO unless i was in the toilet, it took ages, but finally. i found the solution
to do this you have to have a really wild imaginagion.
Simply imagine you are on the toilet, sat down, and need to go.. DONT PUSH just let it slowly leak out.. like you would normally...
I find closing my eyes helps.. and i wet my diaper.. try it you never know
