The main issue, I think, with referrals is that of disclosure...if someone says they like something, fine, but a line is crossed when the referral is paid, because it becomes advertising. Will wetset accept that in this form?
I think that if it were my board, I would require your referral agent to disclose the fact in language appropriate to the post, such as: "I like the product so well I get a little something if you go to XP medical through this link". Remember, the industry cited as an example is car sales...and who trusts used car salesmen?
By the way, it's been awhile since on-line diaper suppliers were discussed on this board...
