I have my occasional real-life sightings:
Anytime there is a large crowd that includes older adults.
The gastroenterologist's office (I was getting a gut check myself, but it was fairly obvious that several of the people were wearing diapers, and there were lots of Chux around)
Trouble is, if its under your clothes, its pretty well-hidden. Try it yourself and see if anyone notices. Unless your clothes are really tight, it's kindof invisible.
