Youh diapers are hard to get in the UK, but Tena size small should suit you, or as suggessted Goodnites Pyjama Pants (most major supermarkets) in the largest size (age 15??) could well fit.
Tena nappies can be got from several places - I go for medisave (www.medisave.co.uk) or possibly from Baby Emma in Manchester.
