AB or DL?

Interesting comment, but don't you think that being an AB goes hand in hand with a DL? After all, you have to love diapers/nappies in order to become an Adult Baby. Personally, I find it hard to seperaate the two and thus believe there are so many different levels of role play due to a world made of up people who are all unique. Just a thought and cheers!
