Diapers at the doctor's office

Someone posted the question about a week ago asking if anyone ever went to see thair doctor in a diaper? Today I went to my dental appointment with a diaper on. I stayed dry the whole time. It wasn't until I got home that I flooded my diaper. Here it is 4 hours later and I just changed into a fresh, dry Attends. I wonder how long this one shall last?
