If you are wanting cloth nappies (and why would anyone use anything else :) )then I just buy terry towelling material from Spotlight and cut it to size.
If it is disposables you are after then you need to have a look in the Yellow Pages under "Medical Supplies" or "Invalid Aids". Another good option is to go to Paraquad. They have a good range and I think have outlets in most capital cities, or you can deal with them online also.
If you are in Melb. or Perth I could give you specific places to go.
