I agree. He also wasn't trying to force the fetish on the audience, just said he liked to wear them. Even told his girlfriend he didn't have to use the diapers, just liked having them on and wanted her to change him.
Nothing over the top, and he showed (unlike others in the past) that diaper-wearing was just a part of who he is, not his entire life.
