No, panty liners ARE NOT the same as diapers. Panty liners are thin and shaped to fit a woman's body; diapers are thick and bulky. Panty liners fit in the crotch of women's panties. Diapers do not.Panty liners are not meant to hold alot of pee; just a little. Some women wear them if they know they will dribble or leak urine. Diapers are meant to hold alot of pee and poop. A woman cannot poop her panty liner and expect to have it hold the poop. If she were to poop, it would like she did it in her panties and it would be a mess.
